Day 76 - Wednesday, February 3, 2016

Image result for black history month quotes

I woke up tired, grabbed the remainder of my smoothie from yesterday. I always have issues drinking n entire smoothie in one day. The cups hold 32 ounces of liquid. So, I would say I drink about 16 ounces per day. I packed my capsules to take with me to work but I always take the Lupulo before leaving the house.

I sipped on my smoothie and spring water while at work. Then, took my treatment. I talked on the phone with Mr. Scholar for a large portion of my workday. He called/texted me as soon as he woke up. He was asking about the job market in my city as if he were considering moving here. His conversation is great, but I'm going to continue to leave it there. I don't need any extra pressure right now. As far as relationships go, I am spoiled. Anthony really did a number on me so that it will be hard for any man to follow in his gay ass footsteps. I got more attention that I knew what to do with. More hugs, more kisses, more sex, told that I am beautiful endlessly. Told that I am loved until my head left my body. Endless dates and pictures together. Slept in his arms every night.

I'm just not ready to set myself up for that or the expectation of that again. I just want to get better. Dealing with Mr. Scholar is terrifying because he seems like what would be a great fit in my life. But I've learned that people aren't always what they seem. I also know that I am sick and I need to stay in my zone. Not everyone is so open to dating a person who is infected. I know I wouldn't be. Even now, knowing that I have it, I still wouldn't date someone else who has it. I would be their friend. But that would be the extent of the relationship.

My energy levels are questionable. I know my menstrual cycle is approaching. So, that may have a lot to do with why I am so sleepy. My son has karate practice today. I am going to workout in the gym in the meantime. It's been a little over a week since I've hit the gym. I miss it. I may be out of whack, but it's nothing I can't bounce back from. Looking forward to dripping a little sweat later and relieving stress.

My appointment with the specialist is tomorrow at 12:45 PM. It hasn't even started yet, but I'm ready to get it over with already. Sheesh! The anxiety of being the sick person in the room and a lab rat returns. No more bad news please. I'm not up for another mood swing and bout with depression. I'll let you guys know how it goes tomorrow.

I've been thinking a lot about my appearance lately. I've been told that I am beautiful within these last four months than ever before in my life, by both males and females. As I analyzed these occurrences, I realized that HIV/AIDS has no look. At least not NATURALLY. Anthony and I are both infected, yet we are both VERY ATTRACTIVE individuals who show NO signs or symptoms of sickness of any sort, no lesions on our bodies, and neither one of us are on medication. However, the people who I have seen who are sick and on medication, oftentimes look pale and pasty in the face and skin. The women usually wear a lot of makeup. I'm glad I don't have any skin blemishes or sores because I wouldn't know where to begin with makeup. I'm not a makeup person. I've never worn it and don't plan on doing so. I think the acid base of the AIDS/HIV medication they are taking is what causes it. My point is, for those of you who are reading this and are HIV negative, be careful of who you choose to lay with because even the best looking person can be infected.

    1. Yeah, I am sooooo not looking forward to this doctor visit for some reason. I don't think it will accurately reflect the results of Dr. Sebi's products because I only started taking them a week before they drew my blood. I am not thrilled to hear any more bad news but I am going to walk into that office courageously. I will walk in my Queendom! I will keep you updated as always. I am more interested in my next test results for accuracy purposes. #Blessings
